She came dressed in the warm furs of the forest panther, leather boots fringed and worn, and garments taken from Temos before her departure. Across her back rested a sheaf of black temwood arrows, steel-tipped and feathered with the wings of the Vosk gull. She carried a bow and a knife, moving with the quiet grace of one who belonged to the wilds.
