Once I was a scribe of Genesian Port till one day an old man stopped in the port an asked my help. I helped the man and he said he was impressed by my manners then asked if I would become his woman an Ubara of the city of Midway. Not wanting to insult the man I diplomaticlly pointed out our age differences and he was convinced to my point of view but changed his course saying that I'd make a perfect woman for his son an it was time her retired an gave the city over to Sjad.
Having no prospects and forgotten in Genesian Port a Ghost even in my own caste I took him up on the offer for it was time I did my part as Free Woman and had children. It was a rough but lage city and it was revealed I was needed to get the women of the city under some semblance of control.
I did my duty to my new home and became the one charged with trying the women an slaves there as well as Head of Caste Scribes there my companion giving me more control than a woman should have over even the men of the city I became Magistrate.
Sjad an I were together for several years but he proved more interested in building an sailing than me an when home allowed his first girl more of his time than his companion.
Children critical to me and in our contract 3 years passed and I was an untouched woman almost but not so lucky that the few times he did have me to concieve. It was this lack of offspring that broke our contract as much as his being lost on Thassa's water the last year.
Now I am a woman without a home, an claimed by my family and now traveling Gor in their behalf.
