After meeting Aslan and the two Queens, Caspian was made a knight, and a few days later, Aslan privately told King Peter and Queen Susan that they would never return to Narnia.

Susan woke up in a region not on earth thinking it was Narnia. But, after a while learned it's called "Gor". Not Narnia at all. She still hunts for Aslan and carries the magic bow that won't work on earth but somehow seems to have made it to Gor.
