For nearly two decades, the virtual world of Second Life has been my cherished home - a captivating, transformative adventure far beyond a mere simulated realm. Within this imaginative realm, I've encountered a tapestry of wonderful characters, shared incredible experiences, and even learned invaluable lessons about the "art of avatar-living."

But as life progresses, I now feel the need to take a brief respite from the world of online gaming and roleplay. After nearly 20 years immersed in these virtual realms, I find myself drawn to new ventures that will occupy much of my time and limit my online presence. Someday, I may return to traverse the paths of digital gaming, but for now, it's time for me to "step off the stage and hang up my stockings."

I will miss you all...

With a bittersweet heart, Pommy Pompom (Pommy Lemmon) is taking a temporary retirement from Second Life. I may still drop by occasionally to check on everyone or explore the latest viewer updates, but alas, this virtual world can no longer be my top priority.

To all my cherished friends, colleagues, and beloved Second Life family: I warmly welcome the chance to reconnect from time to time, even as I step away. I adore you all, with love and such fond memories.
