Lauren is a young Free Woman living beneath the strict traditions and customs of Gor. Intelligent, proud, and fiercely conscious of her position, she carries herself with the dignity expected of a woman of free status. She is accustomed to the protection of her household and the privileges that accompany her station, yet beneath her composed exterior lies a curious and independent spirit.

Lauren is graceful without being fragile, with a sharp wit and a tendency to question things she does not understand. She values her reputation deeply and knows that every word and action can affect how others perceive her. Although she has been raised to respect Gorean customs, she is still young enough to wonder whether the world beyond the boundaries of her upbringing might offer something more.
