Tuuli Himura Boa was born in a small, little-unknown city of the south, far from the stone walls of Besnit. Her early years were spent as a seamstress, where she learned patience, steadiness, and the value of careful work. Yet her true interest was always in words and records, and she found herself drawn to scrolls more than to cloth.

In time, her journey carried her north to Besnit, where her skill and honesty earned her a place among the Caste of Scribes. As a recordkeeper, she is trusted for her meticulous hand and incorruptible nature, maintaining the ledgers and histories of the city.

She is companion to Syan Himura Boa, with whom she shares two children: Ezra, lively and adventurous, and Lilith Sirun, thoughtful and observant. Known as loyal, kindhearted, and modest, Tuuli lives quietly, often reserved, but those who know her well value her honesty and devotion. Though once she stitched fabric, now she stitches memory with ink, ensuring nothing of worth is forgotten in Besnit.
