An Ode To Gor -
To the restless souls who, feel the pull of the unknown, the sirens call of a life uncharted. To those who dare to leave the familiar shores of their comfort zones, to brave the tempestuous thassa of uncertainty, to seek a horizon beyond the confines of their past. It is for those who carry burdens unseen, wounds that refuse to fully heal, yet still find the strength to seek a haven in the storm.
To my brothers the Warriors who fight not only on battlefields, but also within the chambers of their own hearts, who struggle to reconcile the demands of duty with the yearnings of the soul. It is for those who have known the bitter taste of defeat, the sting of loss, and yet find the courage to rise again, to face the dawn with renewed determination.
To my beloved for I have loved fiercely, even when love seemed a dangerous and forbidden thing – A Pani woman's laughter echoing in the heart of a storm-tossed city, a love born in shadows and forged in adversity. She who understands the power of connection, the solace found in shared vulnerability, the strength born from mutual affection.
To the dreamers, those who refuse to accept the limitations imposed by fate or circumstance, who believe in the power of hope and the transformative potential of new beginnings. To those who see the beauty in the chaos, who find purpose amidst the turmoil, who find their own strength not in brute force but in the resilience of the human spirit.
Gor is a man's world, you see, and women are men's.
