Let it be known that the bearer of this letter, Lady Seraphina Blackflame, of the Caste of Scribes, trained in diplomacy and sworn to the service of Ar, has been granted full passage and protection under the authority of House Varros, by leave of the Council of Records and External Relations.

She travels under the pretense and privilege of a historian, tasked with documenting the noble customs, oral traditions, and territorial legacies of the northern settlements— that the wisdom and history of your people may not be lost to time, nor misunderstood by the South.

It is requested that Lady Seraphina be received with courtesy befitting her caste, and that she be offered safe lodging, and where appropriate, guided access to your scribes, warriors, and elders for the purpose of recordkeeping and mutual understanding.

May her presence serve as a bridge between stone hall and longhall, and may her quill record not only your strength, but your honor.

Background: Seraphina was born in one of the Free Cities, Volantis, into a family that served as acolytes in the temple of R'hllor. From a young age, she was immersed in the fiery rituals and ancient lore of the Lord of Light. Despite her noble birth, Seraphina chose a life devoted to her faith rather than luxury.

Appearance: Seraphina is a striking figure, tall and lithe with long, wavy dirty blonde hair that cascades down her back like a river of gold. Her eyes are a piercing shade of emerald green, often reflecting the flickering flames of her sacred fire. She usually wears robes of deep red and orange, symbolizing the eternal flames of R'hllor, adorned with intricate patterns that tell the story of her faith's lore.

Personality: Seraphina is a fervent believer in the Lord of Light, possessing an unwavering faith that sometimes borders on fanaticism. She is charismatic and persuasive, able to sway the hearts and minds of those around her. Despite her devotion, she carries a certain melancholy, a result of the heavy burden of her prophetic visions.

Abilities:

Prophetic Visions: Seraphina is gifted with the ability to receive visions in the flames, offering her glimpses of future events, though often these visions are cryptic and open to interpretation.
Fire Manipulation: As a priestess of R'hllor, she can manipulate fire, using it in rituals or as a weapon if necessary.
Healing: She possesses some knowledge of healing, particularly when it involves rituals connected to her faith.
Persuasion and Oratory Skills: Her years of preaching have honed her ability to inspire and lead.
Beliefs: Seraphina believes in the grand destiny ordained by the Lord of Light. She sees the world as a battleground between light and dark, fire and ice, and considers it her mission to prepare for the coming of Azor Ahai, the prophesied savior in her religion.

Goals: Her primary goal is to find and guide Azor Ahai to fulfill the prophecy. Along the way, she seeks to convert non-believers and strengthen the influence of R'hllor.

Weaknesses:

Fanaticism: Her unwavering faith can sometimes blind her to the complexities of the world and lead to rash decisions.
Isolation: Her devotion to R'hllor often makes her feel isolated, as she struggles to relate to those who do not share her beliefs.
Burden of Visions: Her visions can be as much a curse as a blessing, often leaving her with more questions than answers and a sense of impending doom.
