Astrid Morwenna Linder was born in the North to Arne Linder & Lady Catriona (whom he had claimed as mate whilst on raid in the south).
Astrid, a smiling-faced, happy baby was born soon after.
She had an idyllic childhood in Linderheim. She was close to her cousins, particularly Solveig.
When Astrid was 13, she and her mother went to visit family in the south, the Isle of Svago.
There she learned strict southern ways from her mentor, Lady Nikki Lordes. She attended Teslik and Siproot Medical School, receiving her diploma, and served as a full physician there for a while.

When war in Linderheim was over she and her mother returned to the north at her father's bidding. Astrid continued to study and practice the art of healing from her grandmother, Aslaug, a Torvaldsland physician (Yes, physician), and Jarlswoman. Astrid's Grandfather, Amleth, has been a Jarl of Linderheim for the last 1000 years.

10 years passed since her return from Svago, the gods have brought her back to the south. She now resides and works at the infirmary at Turmus.
