About Limits:
Imagine if you will, three zones. First our Comfort-zone, where all things familiar and controllable reside, where we are able to vegetate.
Next is our Learning-zone, where we are willing to venture when we feel brave or daring. Last but not least, is the Panic-zone where the unknown and thus fear resides.
It's at the border between our Learning-zone and Panic-zone where we find excitement. The moment where all our nerves and every cell in our body are screaming at us to turn around, this is the moment we are truly alive.
