As women are not permitted to serve as Initiate Preists they are religated to a supporting coven (similar to Nuns) to tend to the temples and assist the Priests. FYI like the Initites the woman may not have a contracted companion as they are to be devoted to the White Caste, however they may have a private life that is not prohibited as the Initiate Priests restritions.
