Andora

Normally one that keeps to himself, Andora is a bit bewildered navigating the politics of a city. In the past he worked in various capacities...but much of his time was spent at sea fishing... He has on occasion been asked to help with some somewhat more nefarous activities, and if the coin is right, or there is some other pretty motivator, his scruples can sometimes be abandoned........
