Her husband still provided her with all luxury she demanded. But when he died in an ambush, she soon found out that he had spent all his money to provide her with the luxury she was accustomed to. There was absolutely no money left! So she had to take things in her own hands. And so she tries to at least find some of the escaped slaves her husband has owned.
