My para needs to improve, but I appreciate and enjoy good para RP'ers and am trying to learn!
I believe in realism RP, so there are not cell phones in Gor to notify people where you are or what happened! I may notify friends OOC as courtesy, but not to subvert the RP.
(I often log during workday, so if I'm in away status, sorry, I'm likely just busy over in that other world juggling work demands)

Gor Backstory:
Jenna was born into a modest family of potters in a small farming community. From a young age, she helped her family craft pottery and wares, and sell it in nearby towns. Always drawing unwanted attention as a half-Pani, she was shy and quiet, preferring the routine of her family’s work over the risky attention she often received in the markets (knowing her older sister had been taken from one when she was younger, just because she refused to discount, supposedly).
One day, while in a nearby town to trade, Jenna heard rumors of raiders in the area. Already anxious and eager to sell her wares and get out of there, she hurried back home, only to find her village already in smoking ruins. Her family’s home had been destroyed, and strangers were picking through the remains. Fearing for her life and her family, she hid in the nearby woods, watching in horror as the last remnants of her home were scattered. Unsure whether her family had been killed or taken, she knew she couldn’t stay.
With no home stone or family left, Jenna set out toward a nearby city, hoping to find safety and a way to survive with whatever skills she had learned in life. Her dream is to one day join the Merchant Caste or even be a Physician (since she dabbles in herbals), using her experiences selling pottery and healing family and friends, to start again. For now, she seeks someone who will take her in and allow her to work for them so she can survive alone, quietly blending into city life as she figures out her next steps.
Forever in the back of her mind, though, is the burning desire to seek out and find her family, which she presumes to have been taken and enslaved, having not found any of their remains in her home's destruction.
