If you see me in the same region that means you can TP me in next 10-20 minutes everywhere in the world without my confirmation just by sending an offer to TP, then my TP will be locked for 10-20 minutes to avoid quick TPing back by myself. It works like "force TP" in SIN tracker but without SIN-tracker.
