Officer Hagen

Although an exemplary beat cop heading up a Patrol division in the City PD, he's got a mean streak that was going to get him complaints eventually. He was assigned part-time as a guard as a stress relief strategy; let him work off his stress and frustration yelling at inmates and keeping them in line with his uniquely tyrannical style to keep him sane on the street. It's a setup that seems to be working well, so everybody's happy. Except for the girls in his prison, but nobody asked them.
